At martpromotion.com, we strive to provide value and quality service to all our registered businesses. As we offer digital services that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
Once a business purchases a paid listing or service on our platform:
The service is activated immediately.
The user gains access to premium features without delay.
These services are considered "used" as soon as they are activated.
Due to the nature of digital services:
All payments made are non-refundable.
We do not issue partial or full refunds once a service is activated or accessed.
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Service not delivered due to platform error (not user-side).
To request a refund under the above conditions, please contact us at support@martpromotion.com within 7 days of payment.
Once we get request, after request verification payment will be refund within 7 to 10 days
You may cancel any auto-renewing subscription (if applicable) at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle, but the current active service will remain until the end of the subscription period.
No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused time.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking information. Issues with payment processing must be addressed with the respective gateway provider.
