minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE).
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Tumbadi strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that involves Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming or predatory behavior, or any attempt to engage with minors in an inappropriate or sexual manner. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. User Safety Measures To protect our users, Tumbadi has implemented in-app reporting and blocking features, content monitoring and moderation systems, and mechanisms to review and take action on reported content/users.
3. Reporting Mechanism Users can report any suspicious or harmful activity directly within the app using the Report feature. Additionally, concerns related to child safety can be reported at safety@tumbadi.com. We review all reports promptly and take necessary action.

5. Compliance with Laws Tumbadi complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including Indian IT Laws and global standards for preventing CSAE and CSAM. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
6. Age Restrictions Tumbadi is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirement as per applicable laws. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform in violation of these requirements.
